About Me
Director, Visual Effects Artist
Gert-Jan Verdeyen is a young Brussels-based director who also specialises in Visual Effects. As a director, Gert-Jan likes to create new worlds in which the viewer is immersed. He often starts from an emotion or atmosphere he wants to translate into visual language with which he draws his audience into a certain experience. Next to his director master degree he also studied VFX and motion design for an extra year, so he can combine this with directing to give his and other worlds an extra touch of imagination. His goal is to continually develop his skills in directing and visual effects.
